Mbulu dies

Zambia’s High Commisssioner to Ghana Mbulu is dead.
Fisheries minister Kampamba Chewe in her latest Facebook posting indicated that the High Commissioner died in the early hours of today.
“It is with a heavy heart that i wish to inform you all that Zambia’s High Commissioner to Ghana and former Member of Parliament for Kalulushi, Rayford Mbulu has gone to be with the lord” Kampamba stated.
Mbulu 59 served in different government portifolios as Deputy Minister for Copperbelt Province as well as Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs before he was appointed High Commissioner to Ghana taking over from Timothy Walamba in 2017.
“On a personal note, i shared a good working relationship with Mbulu when i served under him as District Commissioner for Kalulushi” Kampamba recalled.
“May the Soul of our Departed Comrade Rest in Peace” she said.
