Honour your promises, chief Zingalume challenges Gvt

Chief Zingalume of the Chewa people in Chadiza district has challenged government to honour its campaign promise to provide good roads in the district.
Chief Zingalume disclosed that he had last year travelled to Lusaka with some government officials to follow up the promised development, nothing tangible had been done.
He advised government to honour promises particularly the poor road network in Chadiza district so that the district is moving at the same pace as other districts in the country.
“In future there should be no finger pointing, I am advising government to have a listening ear to churches as they are capable of turning tables upside down. I wonder whether people of Chadiza have to wait for another government to come in power to come and work on the roads,” said the traditional leader.
