Man in court for allegedly stealing boerboel dog worth K10,000

A THIRTY-TWO-YEAR old man has appeared in the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court for stealing a boerboel dog worth K10,000.
Andrew Kangwa allegedly stole the male dog on June 6 this year, which was the property of Evans Sinyangwe.
Kangwa appeared before chief resident magistrate Lameck Mwale who allocated the case to  magistrate Tabitha Mulenga where he is expected to take plea.
And before another court, Likando Muyangana, 34, pleaded not guilty to threatening violence after he allegedly pointed a toy gun pistol at Naomi Makungu on July 3 this year.
It is alleged that Muyangana threatened Makungu with injury to person when he pointed a toy gun pistol at her.
He however, pleaded not guilty before magistrate Nthandose Chabala  and trial has been set for September 3.
