Former Chinsali MP Kapangalwendo dies

Former Chinsali Central Member of Parliament David Kapangalwendo has died.
Family member to the late James Mubanga confirmed the development to NewsdayZambia.com this morning.
“Yes I can confirm that David Mubanga Kapangalwendo 71 passed on yesterday at Levy Mwanawasa Hospital after a long illness and the body is lying in the mortuary. The late Kapangalwendo will be put to rest here in Lusaka and all the burial arrangements will be communicated to friends and family members in due course,” he said
Meanwhile Patriotic front PF Chinsali Member of Parliament Kalalwe Mukosa says the untimely death of former Chinsali lawmaker is shocking.
“I would like to express my deepest condolences to the family of the one of my predecessors. I pray for comfort from God for the family, friends and Chinsali at large during this moments of loss,” he said.
Kapangalwendo who saved as Deputy Minister of Lands from 1996 to 2001 passed away yesterday at Levy Mwanawasa hospital in Lusaka.
