{"id":7685,"date":"2019-01-08T20:12:36","date_gmt":"2019-01-08T20:12:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/newsdayzambia.com\/?p=7685"},"modified":"2019-01-08T20:13:05","modified_gmt":"2019-01-08T20:13:05","slug":"remaining-needles-in-the-3-year-old-boy-successfully-removed-dr-malama","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/newsdayzambia.com\/?p=7685","title":{"rendered":"Remaining needles in the 3-year-old boy successfully removed &#8211; Dr Malama"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>By Staff Reporter<\/p>\n<p>The University Teaching Hospitals on Monday delivered a successful operation when a team of surgeons operated and removed needles and wires from 3-year old Richard Zulu of Chipata district, Eastern Province.<\/p>\n<p>Ministry of Health Permanent Secretary in Charge of Administration, Dr Kennedy Malama, confirmed the development in a brief statement on a Ministry of Health WhatsApp group.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The operation for Richard went on well from 12:00hrs to just after 15:00hrs. He is currently admitted in ICU where he has continued to receive post-operative treatment.
