Women who inserted bottle in another woman private parts re-arrested

Five Ndola women who molested and inserted a bottle of castle larger in another woman’s private parts were yesterday discharged but re-arrested.
When the matter came up for trial before principal resident magistrate Obster Musukwa, the five were discharged following an application to have the matter withdrawn.
There was no objection to the application and magistrate Musukwa discharged the matter accordingly.
However, soon after the matter was discharged, police re-arrested the five women while charges for their re-arrest were not yet known.
And addressing the media after the re-arresting of the women, Copperbelt Police Commissioner Charity Katanga said police would ensure that conviction takes place for the 5 women.
Katanga said the law must take its course because the action by the women was unconstitutional and violation of privacy.
A video of the five women inserting a bottle of castle went viral on social media last week.
The five women all of Ndola suspected that the victim had a relationship with a husband to one of them.
