Particulars of the offence were that between January 10 and 18 this year, Chisanga being a deport manager for Neria Investments stationed at Chadiza office stole 970 x 50 kg bags of Urea fertilizer and 179 x 50 kg bags of Compound D fertilizer all valued at K283, 295.
In mitigation, Chisanga pleaded for leniency, saying he was the first offender and that he was married with one child.
