ZNBC media personality, Pennipher Nyirenda has proposed that one of the wings at Lusaka’s Heroes’ Stadium be named after FIFA referee, Janny Sikazwe.
Sikazwe, the first Zambian to have officiated at a FIFA World Cup, arrived back in the country from Russia to a thunderous welcome at the KK International Airport.
Nyirenda posted as follows on her Facebook page on Thursday morning:
As a proud supporter of Zambian football, I would love to suggest that we honor Janny Sikazwe by naming  a wing in the Heroes Stadium after him. Heroes like him need to be supported and ably recognised. Join my campaign by spreading  the hashtag #JannyWingInHeroes
